What to Watch on Wednesday: Big night for 'MasterChef' and 'X-Factor'

X-Factor (8pm, Fox) - In the Season 3 premiere, new judges Kelly Rowland and Paulina Rubio join Simon Cowell and Demi Lovato for auditions, as solo artists and music groups compete for a $5 million recording contract.

Nova: Ground Zero Supertower (9pm, UNC-TV) - The Season 41 premiere chronicles the construction of the final floors of One World Trade Center and delves underground to detail the construction of the National September 11 Memorial Museum, which will house artifacts from 9/11.

MasterChef (9pm, Fox) - In the Season 4 finale, the two finalists -- Natasha Crnjac and Luca Manfe) prepare a ugh-stakes meal before the winner is named. Team Luca!!

Royal Pains (9pm, USA) - The season finale finds Hank treating a paleontologist while Russel copes with an injury of his own. Elsewhere, Evan and Paige try to save their marriage from the damage caused by political mudslinging.

The Bridge (10pm, FX) - Sonya and Marco close in on the killer. Meanwhile, Charlotte takes drastic measures to protect her ranch.

Camp (10pm, NBC) - In the Season 1 finale, the campers prepare of the annual Inter Camp Olympics against Ridgefield. Meanwhile, Marina receives upsetting news, while Cole and Roger make plans for Ridgefield Alaska.

Brains on Trial with Alan Alda (10pm, UNC-TV) - Alan Alda hosts a look at the ways in which advances in neuroscience may change the criminal-justice system by examining the fictional trial of a teenager who's accused of attempted murder. Alda also visits scientists who explain how brain-scanning technology is exploring lie-detection, facial recognition, memory decoding, racial bias and even emotions.
